Frequently asked questions

Can I use it without a lighting desk?
Yes. Select static RGB colours or automatic effects with the four-button menu. Sound activation and master/slave operation are also available.
Which DMX mode should I choose?
Use 3 channels for RGB mixing or 4 channels for RGB plus a master dimmer. The 6-, 12- and 24-channel modes control separate RGB sections. The 7-channel mode adds a master dimmer, strobe and built-in effects; the 2-channel mode selects effects and their speed.
How do I prepare it for DMX control?
Select the channel mode and start address in the fixture menu, then use the same mode and address in your lighting desk. Follow the downloadable manual for the menu and controls.
What should I check during setup?
Keep ventilation clear and allow at least 50 cm clearance as specified in the manual. Disconnect the power before cleaning or adjustment, and do not look directly into the LEDs.
