Overview
The Blackmagic Video Assist 7″ 12G HDR combines a bright field monitor with an external video recorder for camera shoots and live productions. Its 7-inch, 1920 × 1200 touchscreen delivers up to 2,500 nits of brightness, making it useful for checking framing, focus and exposure on location. Waveform, vectorscope, RGB parade, histogram, focus peaking, false colour and 3D LUT support help you assess the incoming picture.
Connect a compatible camera or video source via 12G-SDI or HDMI 2.0a and record up to Ultra HD 2160p60 in Apple ProRes or Avid DNx formats. Two UHS-II SD card slots support continuous recording across media; the USB-C port also supports recording to a compatible external SSD. Two balanced mini-XLR inputs with 48 V phantom power allow external audio sources to be connected.
Blackmagic RAW recording requires a specifically supported camera with a compatible RAW output; it is not available from every HDMI or SDI source. The recorder accepts 4K signals, but its built-in display is 1920 × 1200, not native 4K. Recording requires media with sufficient sustained write speed and a compatible source signal. Power is supplied via 12 V DC or compatible Sony NP-F/L-series batteries. Confirm the required media, power, cables and mounting accessories when booking.

50W 4000K Floodlight
Black 50 W LED floodlight with neutral-white 4000 K light and an adjustable bracket. Our rental fixture is modified with a TRUE1 connector and a trigger clamp. The photos show the base fixture without these rental modifications.

100W RGB Wall Washer Strip
100 W RGB wall washer for adding colour to walls, backdrops and stage scenery. Its 24 RGB 3-in-1 LEDs can produce static colours, fades, chases and strobe effects. Use the onboard menu for standalone operation, link fixtures in master/slave mode, or control them by DMX. Seven DMX modes offer simple colour control or separate RGB sections, with eight sections available in 24-channel mode. Our fixtures have powerCON TRUE1 power connections and XLR signal input/output. Rental is per fixture.
150m single-mode fibre 9/125 reel – 2 fibres, LP24
150 m of single-mode 9/125 µm fibre cable with two fibres, supplied on a Schill reel. A practical cable run for optical links between compatible AV or network equipment. Rental is per complete reel, not per metre or per fibre. The reel assembly has an LP24 female socket and an LP24 male plug, both with protective caps. Keep the connections capped when not in use and handle the fibre cable without tight bends. Tell us which equipment you want to connect so we can check the required mating connections and patch leads before booking. Direct connection to standard LC ports and UPC/APC polish have not been verified. Patch leads, adapters and optical transceivers are not specified as included; arrange any required extras separately.
