Overview
The Midas M32R is a compact digital mixing console for live music, conferences and recording sessions. Its 16 local Midas PRO microphone preamps, eight XLR outputs and motorised faders give an experienced engineer direct control of a small stage or a larger system using a compatible AES50 stagebox. Scene recall, channel processing and eight stereo effects engines help keep repeatable shows organised.

Do I need a stagebox?
The console has 16 local microphone inputs. A compatible AES50 stagebox can place connections near the stage and provide additional physical I/O. Confirm the required stagebox and cabling when booking.
Can I make a multitrack recording?
With a DN32-USB card installed, the M32R can send up to 32 channels to a computer for multitrack recording. The top-panel USB recorder records stereo. Confirm the installed card and required computer and software when booking.
Who should operate this mixer?
An engineer familiar with digital routing, gain structure and scene management. Plan the input list, monitor mixes and recording setup before the event.
What should I arrange when booking?
Confirm the required stagebox, cables, transport protection and recording computer or software when booking. Do not assume these are included with the console.
