Frequently asked questions
Will this work with any USB-C port?
The source USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode video output. USB-C charging or data support alone is not sufficient. Check the exact device model and port; compatibility is not guaranteed for every MacBook, Samsung or other USB-C device.
Does this adapter work in both directions?
USB-C video source to HDMI display; not for HDMI source to USB-C display.
Is an HDMI cable included?
One USB-C to HDMI adapter is listed. An HDMI cable is required between the adapter and display and is not listed as an included component.
