TL-SG108S 8-port Gigabit switch
Key features
- Power over Ethernet
- No PoE output; connected devices need their own power source
- Power requirements
- External power adapter required; match the adapter to the label on the actual unit
Overview
Connect a small wired network for an event, control desk or temporary workspace with eight auto-negotiating Ethernet ports. The TL-SG108S is an unmanaged Gigabit switch in a compact, fanless metal housing: connect suitable Ethernet cables and external power, with no switch configuration required. One connection to a router or another switch uses one of the eight ports, leaving seven for local devices. This is a non-PoE switch, not a router or Wi-Fi access point; it does not increase your internet subscription speed. Check the network requirements of the actual equipment before use.
